ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Leslie Gail Kumer Ed.D is an adjunct professor at a Georgian Court University in New Jersey. She started her teaching career in the New York City school system. Her first published book with Archway Publishing is called “Tom’s MRI Space Adventure” is an imaginative way to introduce children and alleviate the anxiety. She holds a doctorate in Early Childhood Literacy and Curriculum from Nova Southeastern University. She loves teaching literacy to future teachers. She hopes her stories will make a lasting impact on the lives of their readers. She lives in New Jersey, with her husband, Irwin, and they share two daughters, Ashley and Heather.
Heather MacFarlane has her Bachelors in Fine Arts from the University of Art of Philadelphia and teaching certification in K-5 and Special Education from Georgian Court University. She illustrates and teaches art in an art studio in New Jersey. She is a mother who enjoys spending every moment with her family.
